Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Both opened and unopened products qualify. Ritual sets may be returned as a complete set or as individual items within the set.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used more than reasonably expected to assess performance
- Items damaged by misuse, mishandling, or improper storage after delivery
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1 — Contact Us
Email Support@serenesuisse.com or message us on WhatsApp at +971 58 583 5328 with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our team will respond within one business day.
Step 2 — Ship the Item
We will provide a return shipping label for US orders. For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Step 3 — Refund Processed
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — including return shipping.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order. This ensures the fastest turnaround for you.
