Unopened returns within 30 days. Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
Eligibility
A return is accepted when all of the following apply:
- The request is made within 30 days of delivery
- The product is unopened, unused and in its original sealed packaging
- Ritual sets are returned complete and unopened
Returns are not accepted for:
- Opened or used products, for hygiene and safety reasons
- Items purchased as final sale (clearly marked at checkout)
- Gift cards or digital products
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
How to Return
Step 1 — Contact Us
Email Support@serenesuisse.com or use our contact form with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our team replies within one business day with the return address and instructions.
Step 2 — Ship It Back
Return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer. Please use a tracked service and keep your receipt; we cannot refund items that do not reach us.
Step 3 — Refund Processed
Once the return is received and checked, your refund of the product price is issued within 7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not process exchanges. If you would like a different product, simply place a new order.
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank
- PayPal refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
