Yes — and there is a biological reason your previous products stopped working. Hormonal changes during perimenopause and menopause fundamentally alter your skin’s collagen production, barrier function, and moisture retention. Standard formulas were designed for younger skin. SÉRÈNE formulas use actives that function at the concentration and penetration needed for hormonally-shifted skin specifically.
We use stabilised forms of key actives specifically because sensitised skin is our primary demographic. Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate (a gentle oil soluble Vitamin C) over L-ascorbic acid; Le Complexe Alpin™ includes Panthenol and Niacinamide to support barrier integrity throughout your ritual.
Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened products. Damaged or defective items are replaced or refunded. Return shipping is paid by the customer; refunds are issued within 7 business days of receipt.
