How long does US shipping take?
Express shipping takes 2–4 business days across all 50 states. Every order ships free — no code needed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, we'll help you initiate a return once it arrives.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
All SÉRÈNE formulations are free from harsh actives. We use ingredients suitable for reactive and sensitized skin.

What is your returns policy?
Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened products. Damaged or defective items are replaced or refunded. Return shipping is paid by the customer; refunds are issued within 7 business days of receipt.
Are SÉRÈNE products cruelty-free?
Yes — every formula is 100% cruelty-free. Six of our formulas are free of animal-derived ingredients; the Élixir Gold & Caviar Serum and Cream, the Magic Glow Eye Cream and the Lèvres d'Or Mask contain ingredients of animal origin (caviar extract, milk-derived proteins and hydrolyzed collagen, beeswax, sodium DNA). Manufactured in Switzerland to EU and Swiss compliance standards.
