- WhenMorning and evening.
- Complete the ritualFollow with Glacial Toner, then your serum.
- Sulphate-free cleansing baseLifts makeup, sebum and pollution without stripping the skin’s protective film, so the face feels clean and soft rather than tight.
- Saccharide isomerateBinds to the skin surface and keeps holding water for hours, so cleansing leaves skin more hydrated, not less.
- Iris Germanica root extractSoothes and comforts skin that reacts to cleansing, reducing the look of redness and the feeling of tightness.
- Calendula and chamomileCalm irritation and support skin that is prone to redness, leaving the surface comfortable after rinsing.
- Sweet almond oil and shea butterReplace the lipids cleansing removes, keeping the barrier supple and preventing the dry, papery feel of over-cleansed skin.

Aurora Cellular Complex™
Powered by Aurora Cellular Complex™ — a proprietary Swiss formulation of Iris Germanica Root Extract, biomimetic sweet almond and shea lipid system, calming calendula-chamomile matrix, and Tocopheryl Acetate antioxidant — backed by four years of Swiss laboratory development.
Gentle coconut derived cleansers (Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate and Disodium Cocoamphodiacetate)
lift away impurities and makeup without stripping, so skin never feels tight.
Betaine and Saccharide Isomerate
bind moisture to the skin during cleansing for lasting, comfortable hydration.
Sweet Almond Oil and Shea Butter
replenish the surface lipids that cleansing removes, leaving skin soft and supple.
Iris Germanica Root Extract
a botanical known for conditioning and supporting the look of smooth, even toned skin.
Calendula and Chamomile Flower Extracts
soothe and comfort, making the cleanser gentle enough for twice daily use.
Vitamin E (Tocopheryl Acetate)
antioxidant support for the skin barrier.
What this cleanser doesn’t do.
Does not strip skin to that “squeaky clean” feeling.
The squeaky-clean sensation is the sound of barrier damage. Aurora’s amino acid surfactant system removes impurities and pollution while leaving the acid mantle and surface lipids intact. Skin feels clean, supple, and slightly silky — never tight, never stripped.
Safe for twice-daily use, even on rosacea.
The Calendula and Chamomile matrix makes Aurora suitable for daily use indefinitely without cumulative irritation.
Sensory, but never overpowering.
The soft Calendula and Chamomile notes settle within sixty seconds of application, leaving no scent residue that interferes with your perfume layer.

Glacial Toner
Apply immediately after Aurora on still-damp skin. Swiss glacial minerals calibrate pH and open the absorption pathway for the serum at its most receptive moment.

Elixir Gold & Caviar Serum
The barrier Aurora preserves is the barrier the serum penetrates. The two are designed in sequence — Aurora opens; the serum delivers.

Gold & Caviar Ritual
The complete four-step system starting with Aurora — Cleanser, Toner, Serum, and Cream. The complete Swiss Ritual.
What customers are saying
Everything you might wonder
about the first step.
Aurora is a creamy gel-to-lather formula. It dispenses as a soft cream, transforms into a rich low-foam lather when worked with water in the palm, and rinses cleanly without residue. The texture sits between a traditional gel cleanser (often too stripping) and a cleansing balm (often too rich for daily use) — closer to a Japanese or Korean luxury cleansing milk in feel.
Aurora removes light to medium makeup, sunscreen, and ambient pollution in a single cleanse. For heavy makeup, long-wear foundation, or waterproof eye makeup, we recommend a dedicated first-cleanse step (a micellar water or cleansing oil) followed by Aurora as the second cleanse. The amino acid surfactant system is gentle enough that double-cleansing with Aurora will not over-strip the barrier.
Yes. Aurora was specifically formulated for reactive and barrier-compromised skin. It is sulphate-free.
If you have a clinically diagnosed condition, always defer to your dermatologist’s specific guidance before introducing any new product.
Yes — this is exactly what Aurora is designed for. Twice-daily use is the standard protocol. Many cleansers cannot be used twice a day without barrier damage; Aurora’s amino acid surfactant system and lipid-replenishing botanicals are mild enough for indefinite twice-daily use, even on sensitive skin.
If your skin is currently very dry or post-procedural, you may prefer to cleanse only in the evening for the first week and rinse with lukewarm water alone in the morning.
Yes. Aurora is the cleanser most often recommended alongside active routines. Cleansing strips the barrier; actives compound the stress. Aurora’s barrier-preserving formulation makes daily use of retinol, AHAs, BHAs, and vitamin C significantly more comfortable — many users report less stinging from their actives within the first week of switching.
For prescription tretinoin, allow your skin to fully dry before applying retinoid to minimise sensation.
No — the opposite. Most cleansers dry out mature skin because they remove the surface lipids the barrier depends on. Aurora’s sweet almond oil and shea butter actively replenish those lipids during the cleanse, leaving the barrier more intact than it was before. Skin should feel clean and slightly silky after rinsing, not tight or dehydrated.
If your skin still feels tight, the issue is usually water temperature (too hot) or rinse time (too long) — not the formula.
Most drugstore cleansers are built around sulphate surfactants (SLS, SLES) at alkaline pH, with no actives that survive a rinse-off product. They clean the skin and leave nothing behind — usually less than nothing, because they have removed lipid the barrier needed.
Aurora is built around amino acid surfactants, with actives that deliver cellular benefit during the cleanse itself: Iris Germanica Root Extract, Vitamin E, Calendula, Chamomile, Sweet Almond Oil, Shea Butter, and Betaine. The cleanser does not just clean — it treats. That is what justifies a Swiss-formulated price tier over a drugstore one.
The 100 ml bottle is calibrated for one user, twice-daily application, lasting approximately ten to twelve weeks.
